We spent the afternoon exploring all the stunning spots the Heitman House has to offer. Starting in the front of the house and all its beautiful white architecture. They looked absolutely perfect standing there, and you could just feel the excitement for their big day. We also took a few shots inside by that resplendent chandelier and grand staircase. The photos are a beautiful blend of timeless and modern, just like their love.

Next we moved by the water, with the Fort Myers skyline in the background and those gorgeous palm trees that make you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. These two are so natural together, and their joy is totally contagious. As the sun began to dip lower, casting a golden glow over the Heitman House, we knew there was only one way to perfectly cap off this incredible engagement session: with a celebratory champagne pop!

The Verandah Club, with its lush landscapes and classic architecture, provided the perfect backdrop for this elegant affair. Imagine exchanging vows under the soft dappled light of ancient oaks, with Spanish moss gently swaying – a scene straight out of a classic romance novel. The ceremony space was adorned with pristine white florals and delicate rose petals lining the aisle, creating an ethereal pathway for Laura as she made her way to Chris.

One of the most heartwarming moments of the day was the couple's first look. Chris's emotional reaction to seeing Laura in her stunning gown was truly a testament to their deep love and connection. These genuine, unscripted moments are what make wedding photography so incredibly special.

Adding a touch of nostalgic flair and a nod to family history, Laura and Chris chose to capture some truly unique portraits with her father's vintage Corvette. Emily and Efren’s Downtown Fort Myers Engagement Session

From the very first click of the shutter, we knew this session would be something special. Emily and Efren brought a radiant energy to Downtown Fort Myers that lit up every frame — a perfect mix of elegance, ease, and undeniable connection.

They dressed the part for a modern city romance — Emily in a stunning white midi dress with the most playful heels, and Efren in a crisp white button-down and black slacks. Simple. Timeless. Perfect. The Edison Theatre sign felt like a nod to old Hollywood. But the real showstopper? The way they looked at each other — every glance said this is forever.

We wandered through the heart of the city — stopping by soft pink walls, historic buildings, and twinkle-lit alleyways that added just the right hint of magic.

On a rooftop, where golden-hour light wrapped around them like something out of a dream. They popped champagne, kissed through the confetti spray, and laughed like no one else was watching.

Downtown Fort Myers gave us texture, light, and character, but Emily and Efren brought the soul. This session wasn’t just about capturing beautiful portraits — it was about telling the story of two people wildly in love, standing on the edge of forever.

Cheers to these two and the incredible journey ahead.

Grace River Island Resort Wedding | Waterfront Retreat in Fort Myers, FL

Grace River Island Resort feels like a hidden cove off the Caloosahatchee—reachable by a single palm-lined drive yet worlds away from downtown Fort Myers. Inside the airy bridal suite, Megan slipped into a minimalist crepe gown with a dramatic plunge and petal-beaded train, her bridesmaids swirling around her in cool satin tones of ice-blue. Downstairs, Mark toasted with his groomsmen over small-batch bourbon, their classic black tuxes contrasting the resort’s coastal whites and driftwood textures.

Guests took their seats on the 360-degree water-front view, without the sand (hello, heel-friendly turf!). flanked by soaring palms dancing in the breeze. Instead of an arch, the couple chose a crescent of ground florals—white garden roses, fluffy mums, delphinium buds, and baby’s breath—so nothing blocked the endless water view. As Megan walked the aisle, sunlight caught the beading on her veil, creating a shimmer that echoed off the Caloosahatchee. Vows were heartfelt and humorous; a sailboat drifted past at the exact moment they sealed it with a kiss—pure Florida magic.

After “I do,” we chased the pastel sky, weaving through curved palm trunks and along the resort’s dock. Megan’s veil fluttered in the river breeze while Mark’s tux jacket caught pockets of amber light—moments that felt straight out of a vintage postcard.
